The property is named after a previous owner, Albert F Toll, a former Mayor of Wickham, who founded Toll Transport in 1888. Mr Toll began hauling coal through the city on horse and cart before becoming one of our country’s largest logistics providers.

Wickham’s Toll House, built in 1905 in Annie Street, and lovingly restored in 2014 was a pleasure to convey to our valued client.
