Jackson Cain


Jackson graduated from the University of Newcastle in 2012 with a Bachelor of Laws/Diploma of Legal Practice and has been admitted to practice as a solicitor since February 2013.

Prior to becoming a solicitor, Jackson studied photography at the University of Technology Sydney and studied Business at the University of Newcastle (with a double major in Marketing and Management). Jackson’s artistic background as a freelance photographer has influenced his interest in protecting the creative works and ideas of clients through intellectual property.

Until his return to Newcastle in November 2017, Jackson worked for commercial law firms in Sydney, gaining a wide range of experience in commercial law, dispute resolution and intellectual property. He joined the commercial litigation team at Keystone Lawyers in 2017. He is an attentive and motivated solicitor working mostly in commercial litigation, and advising and assisting clients with various types of commercial matters.
