As part of Keystone’s Business Services division, Melanie brings an enthusiastic and professional approach to assisting Keystone’s clients with their business needs. Melanie is driven by her passion of helping others to succeed as well as the challenge of delivering practical, cost effective solutions which allow Keystone’s clients to get on with that they do best.

Melanie’s experience within the Business Services division includes front end contract advice and drafting of commercial contracts, purchase and sale of business, commercial leasing, company law, trusts and self-managed super funds, trademarks, complex property transactions, private lending and PPSR securities and estate matters.

After joining Keystone in 2011 as a Paralegal, Melanie worked in the commercial litigation division and has experience in debt recovery, insolvency and bankruptcy, costs assessment, Local, District, Supreme and Land and Environmental Court proceedings as well as disputes arising under Security of Payment legislation and residential building disputes under Home Building legislation.

Prior to joining Keystone, Melanie worked as a contracts administrator for a UK based surveying firm as well as a paralegal in the property department of a large regional law firm acting for developer clients involving complex off-the-plan subdivisions, large display villages, put and call options and strata subdivisions. Melanie also has experience in residential conveyancing and general land titles matters.

Outside work, Melanie is undertaking a law degree to further her legal career.
