Just as we’re open and approachable with our clients, our office culture is professional but relaxed. It’s a space where you can bounce ideas around and ask others for advice.

We back our team 100 per cent. If you have business ideas or are interested in personal development, you’ll always get a positive response – and we aim to promote from within.
We’re continually communicating with one another and, whatever your title, your voice is heard. We have offices in both Newcastle and Sydney, but we feel like one team.
When we’re not helping clients, we like to have some fun and spend time together as a team. This includes regular monthly staff lunches, casual dinners, coffee and dessert catch-ups, days at the soccer, charity walks and runs, and, of course, Christmas parties.
Community matters to us. We sponsor the Variety Special Children’s Christmas Party each year and support various local causes and charities, including schools and sporting clubs. We also make monthly donations to Canteen, Starlight Children’s Foundation, Cancer Council and FOUR PAWS.
We support career progression and encourage our team to attend industry events and to engage in continuing legal education (CLE) via in-house seminars and online tutorials. We also believe in learning as you go and have scenario-based discussions every day.
