Approachable and client-focused, Alex enjoys helping clients achieve their commercial goals, limiting their exposure to risk, and coming up with practical solutions. He works predominantly in front-end commercial law.
Alex has a Bachelor of Laws/Diploma of Legal Practice from the University of Newcastle. In his previous job, he practised in many other areas, including criminal law and AVO proceedings, family law (children’s matters) and civic claims.
Alex specialises in commercial/business services, property, and estate and succession planning. His work involves drafting, negotiating and reviewing contracts, as well as providing advice to clients about any general issues they have.
His personal passions are friends and family, travel and music – including playing the guitar and piano. He also enjoys the outdoor life, playing tennis and good food.
