Jonathan began his career at a local insurance firm before joining a boutique corporate and commercial practice, focusing on SME M&A, commercial litigation, and contract drafting. He holds degrees in Law and Commerce (Accounting).
He now specialises in commercial litigation, building disputes, shareholder disputes, contract drafting, mergers and acquisitions and corporate governance across mining, manufacturing, engineering, start-ups, logistics and construction.
To unwind and relax, Jonathan practices jiu-jitsu and is a keen golfer. He enjoys reading and lives by the quote ‘Everyone knows something you don’t’.
