Results-focused, motivated and positive, Morgan puts his clients first and always strives for successful outcomes. While he enjoys the transactional side of law, his passion is litigation and he thrives when fighting for a worthy cause.
Morgan’s love for litigation stems from his early years as a lawyer, where he cut his teeth in a regional firm. He then practiced as a commercial and corporate lawyer for several years and now specialises in commercial litigation.
Seeing a deserved result is what Morgan finds most rewarding, especially when the project or case demanded the hard yards. He also enjoys giving back and chairs the disciplinary tribunal of one of the largest sporting organisations in NSW.
Maintaining a good work/life balance is a priority. To achieve it, he enjoys anything sports related, fishing, travelling and spending time with friends and family.
