Rebecca has a longstanding legal career in building and construction. She started as an employment and workplace advisor for HIA before moving into private practice, focusing on body corporate, property, and mortgagee and receiver work.
Disputes in this sector are often challenging, financially and emotionally. Rebecca prioritises guiding clients through the process with empathy and clarity. Wherever possible, she aims to resolve matters before they reach QCAT or court.
Known for being responsive and calm under pressure, she takes the time to understand each client’s goals and works diligently toward them while carefully managing expectations around outcomes and legal costs.
Beyond the office, Rebecca enjoys spending time with her family, attending live music and theatre, reading, hiking, bushwalking, and going to the beach.
